♥️ WELCOME! I'M SO GLAD YOU LANDED HERE ♥️

I’m so glad your journey brought you here.
I’m a mother of four, business consultant, grief educator, a real estate advisor, and community advocate. Each role I carry is grounded in one purpose: to create meaningful impact and help shape a brighter future for the next generation.
For more than 20 years, I’ve worked across venture capital, real estate, construction, and nonprofit program delivery. I’ve written business plans, negotiated multi-party contracts, managed multi-phase builds, and launched community initiatives from the ground up. Whether I’m designing and building homes, helping develop community pantries and gardens with United Way of BC, or supporting a business owner or nonprofit leader in building a practical path forward, my focus remains the same: creating space for people to thrive.
I have served on the Women in Leadership Council at the Abbotsford Chamber of Commerce, and I currently serve as Vice President of the Punjabi Mutiyaaran Women’s Society, where I help create spaces for women to connect, lead, and grow.
After the murder of my sister, Manjit Panghali, in 2006, I chose to channel my grief into action. As a Certified Grief Educator and founder of A Piece of Hope, I support others in building resilience and finding strength after loss. I’m also a passionate advocate in the fight against violence, especially violence affecting women, and I work to help build safer, stronger communities.
At the heart of everything I do is connection, to people, to stories, and to the spaces that bring us together. I bring cultural fluency, deep community roots, and over two decades of hard-earned experience to every conversation and collaboration.
If you’d like to work together, invite me to speak, collaborate on a project, or simply connect, I’d love to hear from you ❤️
